Shaw Names Bailey Walton & Terri Harrington to VP Positions

Dalton, GA, December 10, 2025-Shaw Industries has announced two key leadership appointments within its residential division: Bailey Walton as vice president of Anderson Tuftex and Terri Harrington as vice president of Shaw Floors.

As Shaw continues to build more differentiated brands, these leaders will serve as strategic stewards of their brands. Their responsibilities include setting long-term brand vision, shaping product and portfolio strategy, aligning marketing and merchandising and guiding financial performance. By integrating consumer insights with clear brand direction, they will ensure each brand is distinct and meaningful to homeowners.

As vice president of Anderson Tuftex, Walton will oversee the brand’s strategic direction and guide the creation of hardwood and carpet collections.

Previously marketing director for Anderson Tuftex, Walton brings more than 13 years of experience working with interior design firms, retailers and independent clients. Her professional background includes serving as vice president of design at Jasper Highlands Homes, principal designer at Bailey Walton Design, showroom designer at Stone Source, Inc. and as an adjunct professor at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.

Most recently, she led the successful rebranding of Anderson Tuftex.

As vice president of Shaw Floors, Harrington will enhance the brand experience, ensuring retailers can confidently position the brand’s whole-home offering.

Harrington joins Shaw Floors with nearly two decades of experience in marketing, product management and sales across media, advertising, and appliance manufacturing. She has built her career on consumer insights, strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration and product launches.

Most recently, she served as general manager at Electrolux Major Appliances, where she has spent the last 12 years of her career leading national sales and aftermarket services across multiple product segments, further deepening her financial and operational expertise. Her other professional experience at Electrolux spans product management and marketing.
