Existing Home Sales Rose 1.3% in August
Washington, DC, September 19, 2019—Total existing-home sales rose 1.3% from July to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 5.49 million in August, according to the National Association of Realtors. Overall sales are up 2.6% from a year ago (5.35 million in August 2018).
