Consumer Sentiment Up in July

Ann Arbor, MI, July 15--The University of Michigan's preliminary consumer sentiment index for July rose to 96.5 from 96 in June.

Industrial Production Up 0.9% in June

Washington, DC, July 15--Industrial production rose 0.9% in June, according to the Federal Reserve. It was the strongest monthly increase since February 2004.
