Minneapolis, MN, July 22—Floor maintenance equipment company Tennant Co. reported net earnings of $3.7 million, or $0.41 per diluted share, on net sales of $128.8 million for its second quarter.

Sherwin-Williams 2Q Earnings Up 14.8%

Cleveland, OH, July 22—Paintmaker, retailer Sherwin-Williams in its second quarter reported income increase of 14.8 percent, to $126.4 million. Diluted earnings per common share were $.87 per share compared to $.75 per share in 2003.
