Home Prices Rose 5.9% in January to 31-Month High

New York, NY, March 28, 2017—The S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller U.S. National Home Price NSA Index, covering all nine U.S. census divisions, reported a 5.9% annual gain in January, up from 5.7% last month and setting a 31-month high.
