Washington, DC, December 23, 2019—Sales of new single-family houses in November 2019 were at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 719,000, according to estimates released jointly by the U.S. Census Bureau and the Department of Housing and Urban Development, 1.3% above the revised October rate of 710,000 and is 16.9% above the November 2018 estimate of 615,000.
