Washington, DC, July 25--Existing home sales surpassed market expectations and reached another record in June as low mortgage interest rates and favorable market conditions continued to attract buyers, according to the National Association of Realtors.

German Study Finds Carpet Minimizes Dust Risk

Dalton, GA, July 19--A study commissioned by the German Allergy and Asthma Society concluded the average fine dust concentration in indoor rooms equipped with smooth flooring material is twice as high as indoor rooms equipped with wall-to-wall carpet.
