Classen To Withdraw Patent Co-Op with Välinge

Kaisersesch, Germany, February 2, 2007--Prior to the Domotex in 2007 Classen had reached an agreement with Välinge AB (Sweden) offering a vertical locking system which covered joint marketing and licensing for various types of flooring products.

Pfleiderer Receives Approval for Pergo Acquisition

Neumarkt, Germany, February 2, 2007--Pfleiderer Sweden AB has received the required formal authorization by the German Anti-Trust Office and the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) to complete the acquisition of Pergo AB.

Payrolls Up 111,000

Washington, DC, February 2, 2007--Nonfarm payrolls increased by 111,000 in January, the Labor Department reported. The jobless rate ticked up to 4.6% in January. This is the highest rate since September.
