Forbo Simplifies Corporate Structure

Eglisau, Switzerland, Jan. 17--Forbo will consolidate its two separate business units, linoleum and vinyl, into one business. Consequently, the flooring business will operate in all markets worldwide under the designation and logo of Forbo Flooring.
