Werner Braun and Updates to the CRI SOA Program – Part 1 (16:27)
April 26, 2007—Werner Braun, President, Carpet and Rug Institute (CRI), in the first part of a tw –part series discusses some of the recent additions to the association’s Seal of Approval program for carpet maintenance. Braun provides some background on the program, and discusses its goals as well as some of the reaction it has garnered from the field, including questions as to whether the testing program is fair and equitable. Braun also discusses the amendments made to the program.
