Ralph Boe Discusses the Polyol Solution for Post Consumer PET Carpet Fiber

October 25, 2018—Ralph Boe, President of Arropol, and Kemp Harr discuss his breakthrough development of a polyester polyol that could resolve the recycling issue for post consumer PET carpet. Ralph, along with biochemical engineer, Anna Valadez, have created a product that can be used to manufacture turf backing, foam insulation, hard surface underlayment and synthetic plywood. Once scaled up, the solution could consume 28 million pounds of post consumer PET carpet. Listen to the interview for more details.
