Shaw Names Russ Rogg VP of TotalWorx Accessories

Dalton, GA, December 12, 2025-Shaw Industries has announced Russell Rogg as vice president of TotalWorx Accessories, the company’s brand of flooring accessories.

In his role, Rogg will guide the TotalWorx Accessories product portfolio, lead long-term strategy and drive growth through innovation and enhanced customer experience. He will work closely with installation professionals, industry partners and channel customers to strengthen training initiatives and deepen the brand’s connection to those who rely on its solutions. Rogg will also identify opportunities to optimize operations, expand market reach and enhance the value TotalWorx Accessories delivers to customers.

Rogg brings 33 years of executive leadership experience in flooring and building materials, including serving as president of HMTX Contract + Trade and Metroflor Corporation, where he led both organizations and oversaw the merger of their two business units. His expertise spans channel strategy, category management, product development, and relationship building across retail, distribution, and installation networks.

Rogg has served on the board of directors of the National Association of Floor Covering Distributors, where he received the “Leadership in Action” award, and recently completed a two-year term as chairman of the Resilient Floor Covering Institute.
