Retail Lead Management was created by the owner of a large flooring retailer who identified shortcomings in his company’s retail lead management process and saw an opportunity in the market to develop a simple and cost effective system that would enable salespeople, managers and marketers to easily view, track and nurture leads to dramatically increase sales and close rates. To date, the company has sold over 300 licenses to customers throughout the United States and Canada.
