Former Home Depot Exec Name President of CCA’s Out

St. Louis, MO, November 9, 2005--CCA Global Partners announced the appointment of Eric Demaree as President of the Retail Flooring Outlet Division. Demaree, a former Home Depot executive, will be responsible for overseeing CCA Global's Floor Trader, GCO Flooring Outlet and Stone Mountain Flooring Outlet locations. Demaree brings 29 years of experience in the floor covering and home furnishings industry to CCA Global. He recently held the position of Vice President of Merchandising (Floor and Wall division) at Home Depot. In his 11 years with Home Depot, he also served as the Vice President of Merchandising for Expo Design Centers and as a Global Product Merchant. Demaree will be based in CCA Global's St. Louis office and will report to David Kraeling, the Senior Vice President of CCA Global Partners for its franchise businesses and President of ProSource Wholesale Floorcoverings. "Eric has an extensive and impressive background in the retail floor covering industry," said Alan Greenberg, Co-Chairman and Co-CEO of CCA Global Partners. "He will bring new ideas and strategies to CCA Global and I'm confident that he will be able to significantly grow our outlet division. Prior to working with Home Depot, Demaree served as a Vice President with Royalty Carpet Mills and Tuftex Carpet Mills. He began his career working with Armstrong, after graduating from Lehigh University in Pennsylvania. Demaree will be relocating to St. Louis from Atlanta, GA with his wife, Lynne. He also has two children; Eric is a mortgage analyst in California and Kristen is a high school teacher in Georgia.
