Engineered Floors Hires Lesslie

Dalton, GA, Nov. 30, 2011 –– Engineered Floors has named James Lesslie as assistant to Chairman Robert E. Shaw.

Lesslie was most recently chief operating officer of Beaulieu of America, the nation’s third largest carpet manufacturer.

“In this newly created role, James will be working with me and our senior management team on growth and strategic directions for our company,” Shaw said.

Shaw began Engineered Floors in 2009 after serving as chairman and CEO of Shaw Industries.

Lesslie has over 30 years experience in the carpet industry in a variety of roles in operations, product development, sales, and marketing.
