Celebrity Designer To Present NWFA Awards

St. Louis, MO, Dec. 8, 2011 -- The National Wood Flooring Association said that HGTV celebrity designer Carter Oosterhouse will host its Wood Floor of the Year Awards Luncheon during the NWFA’s 2012 Wood Flooring Expo.

The luncheon will be held April 12 in Orlando, Florida, at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center.

Since his first appearance as a master carpenter on the popular design show, Trading Spaces, Oosterhouse has been voted People magazine’s “Sexiest Man on TV,” and has become an HGTV regular.

As host of HGTV’s Carter Can, Oosterhouse comes to the rescue of homeowners who think that their home improvement project can’t be done because of time, expense or lack of expertise.

At the NWFA Wood Flooring Expo, Oosterhouse will present the NWFA’s Wood Floor of the Year awards.

As an added incentive for architects and designers to attend, four one-hour AIA and ASID approved CEUs will be offered.
