Cali Bamboo Names Doug Jackson as Chief Revenue Officer

San Diego, CA, September 7, 2017-Cali Bamboo has named industry veteran as its new chief revenue officer.

Leveraging Cali’s direct-to-consumer platform and authentic brand and augmenting the company’s deep leadership team, Jackson will lead the sales and marketing functions to drive accelerated growth.

Jackson most recently directed the Tuftex division, a residential carpet brand. Under his management, the flat-lining Tuftex saw substantial EBITDA growth through a combination of marketing, pricing science, and cost-cutting measures. He is known for facilitating strategic, long-term business relationships with customers in the dealer, national account, and trade channels-three arenas where Cali Bamboo is positioned for considerable further growth.

Jackson’s industry insight and proven skills are a welcome addition to the team, especially as the company prepares for its next phase of growth. The move follows a banner year, which saw more than an 80% increase in Cali Bamboo revenue, the introduction of new flooring and decking lines, and inclusion on the Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies List for the ninth consecutive year.
