BonaKemi USA Offers Spanish Tech Support
Aurora, CO, August 28, 2006--BonaKemi USA, a leader in hardwood floor finishing and floor care, announced the addition of Spanish/English services to its technical support line. According to Todd Schutte, BonaKemi's director of training and contractor sales, "Every hardwood floor finishing job can present new challenges. With years of experience, the Bona Tech Services and Training Team provides advice and answers for jobsite and product information questions. Darin Nesline, BonaKemi's bilingual technical support and training representative at Bonas Aurora, Colo., corporate headquarters, is available at (866) 247-7997 from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (MST). Messages can also be left in the Spanish tech support voice-mailbox at (800) 872-5515, extension 206, or e-mailed to ustech@bona.com. We have already seen a positive affect from the bilingual training program that Darin started in May 2005, said Schutte. The addition of this toll-free number dedicated to Spanish speaking distributors, contractors, architects, specifiers, facility managers and building maintenance crews is a logical next step in expanding those efforts. We already offer Spanish training assistance at our Bona Sand & Finish Schools and assist the NWFA in its bilingual training classes, added Schutte. In 2007, we expect to offer some Spanish focused classes and seminars at our Aurora, Colo., and Monroe, NC, training centers as well as in the field at distributor events. Even for our Spanish speaking customers who understand English fairly well, we believe that training and support information is best understood if presented in their native language.
