Boa-Franc to Acquire Ten Oaks in Stuart, Virginia

St-Georges, Quebec, October 2, 2019-Boa-Franc, owner of Mirage, has announced the acquisition of Ten Oaks in partnership with the Williams and Birkett families.

The company’s two facilities are located specifically in Stuart, Virginia. They mostly produce red and white oak unfinished hardwood floors.

The main benefits of Ten Oaks are the quality of its workforce, its location, and lumber supply. This acquisition gives Boa-Franc a USA based manufacturing operation and fortifies the firm's supply of quality lumber and veneer for the long-term.

Part of this operation was owned by Tarkett from 1998 to 2010. In 2010, Shaw Industries purchased it and then sold the facility to Ten Oaks in 2017.
