Anderson Taps Omni to Distribute Appalachian Floor

Clinton, SC, August 18--Anderson Hardwood Floors has appointed Omni Floorcoverings Ltd. of Mississauga, Ontario to distribute its Appalachian and selected other handcrafted flooring in Ontario. Anderson VP of Sales & Marketing Tim Tompkins made the announcement of Omni’s addition at Anderson’s corporate headquarters here. "We are excited about the addition of Omni to the Anderson Family of Hardwood Floors in the Canadian market. Omni’s focus on service and customer satisfaction, along with its trading area reputation, are the attributes we look for in a new market partner," Tompkins said. Omni, which has its distribution center in Mississauga, began distributing residential flooring in 1982. Anderson Hardwood Floors, based in Clinton, S.C., manufactures engineered and solid wood flooring under the brand names Anderson, Appalachian and Virginia Vintage.
