New Home Sales Rose 12.4% in November
Washington, DC, December 23, 2021—Sales of new single-family houses in November 2021 were at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 744,000, according to estimates released jointly by the U.S. Census Bureau and the Department of Housing and Urban Development, 12.4% above the revised October rate of 662,000 but 14.0% below the November 2020 estimate of 865,000.
Gerflor to Establish New Headquarters & Distribution Center

Durable Goods Order Rose 2.5% in November
Washington, DC, December 23, 2021—New orders for manufactured durable goods in November increased $6.5 billion or 2.5% to $268.3 billion, the U.S. Census Bureau announced. This increase, up six of the last seven months, followed a 0.1% October increase.
Jobless Claims Unchanged at 205K in Week Ending Dec. 18

November's Existing Home Sales Up 1.9%
