Oakwood Homes To Be Bought By Clayton Homes
Chicago, IL, Nov. 25--Oakwood Homes Corp., a manufactured homes maker, said on Tuesday it has agreed to be acquired out of bankruptcy by Berkshire Hathaway Inc.'s Clayton Homes unit for about $373 million.
