Pergo Contacted by Potential Bidder

Trelleborg, Sweden, Feb. 23--The Board of Directors of Pergo has been contacted by an investor who has expressed interest to investigate the conditions for an acquisition of Pergo. The discussions are in an early stage, and at this point in time it is unclear if, and if so how, these discussions will be finalized. Further information will be given if and when there are any substantial results from the discussions.
