Homebuilder Pulte 3Q Earnings Up 43%
Bloomfield Hills, MI, October 27, 2005--Pulte Homes in the third quarter reported earnings that were up 43% to $395.4 million, or $1.50 a share, compared with year-earlier net income of $259.1 million, or $1.03 a share, as adjusted for a stock split.

Minneapolis, MN, October 27, 2005--Tennant Co. reported net earnings for the third quarter of $6.3 million, or $0.69 per diluted share. Net earnings in the third quarter of 2004 were $1.0 million, or $0.11 per diluted share.
Sherwin-Williams Earnings 3Q Up, Misses Estimates
Cleveland, OH, October 26, 2005--Sherwin-Williams posted a third-quarter profit of $151.6 million, or $1.07 a share, up from $132.9 million, or $0.92 a share in the same period a year ago.
Dixie Group 3Q Sales Up, Earnings Off
Chattanooga, TN, October 26, 2005--The Dixie Group in the third quarter and reported income from continuing operations was $1.3 million, or $0.10 per diluted share, compared with $3.6 million, or $0.28 per diluted share, for the third quarter of 2004.
