Franklin, NC June 17--Zickgraf Hardwood Flooring Company has purchased The Thomson Oak Flooring brand name and certain assets from Thomson Oak Flooring Company Inc.

Thomson Oak Flooring Company liquidated and closed its doors in early June after 54 years of business.
Zickgraf Hardwood Company is a privately held company with wood flooring manufacturing facilities in Franklin and Bryson City, North Carolina.
