Zambito Flooring America Loses Entire Inventory in Flash Flood

Ohio County, WV, June 18, 2025-Zambito Flooring America of Triadelphia, West Virginia lost its entire inventory in the flash floods on June 14, reports WTRF.

“Employees, local businesses, and other volunteers had their boots on the ground early Tuesday morning scooping nearly six inches of mud out of the building as others loaded dumpsters with destroyed inventory.

Ric Zambito, CEO and owner, describes what he saw, “The water was minimal when I first got towards Triadelphia. By the time I made the ‘S’ turn, I saw a tidal wave that looked about ten feet of water. So, the water breached, and it was within 15 minutes, I think it rose about 15 feet. So, there was no time for anyone to react out here.”
