Naples FL, August 3--Two Wools of New Zealand partners, Abbey Carpet and Rodeo Carpet Mills, teamed up to host an exclusive event on June 23rd to celebrate the grand opening of Abbey Carpet’s new store in beautiful Naples, Florida.
Area designers and architects were invited to view the largest floorcovering showroom in southwest Florida while enjoying catered refreshments and music on the store’s grand piano. Attendees were also able to meet guest speaker, Carmen Murray, owner and president of Rodeo Carpet Mills. Murray explained the many benefits of wool and shared how Rodeo makes its custom area rugs and carpets.
The evening culminated in a sweepstakes drawing with the grand prize of a custom Rodeo area rug going to Leslie Gilbert of Vogue Interiors in Bonita Springs, Florida. The exquisite shag rug carries the Wools of New Zealand Brand and retails at over $4,000.
"The evening was spectacular," explains Kris Miller, manager of Abbey Carpet.
"More than one hundred people attended our invitation-only event, and we are still receiving calls and placing orders as a result. Everyone was very impressed with the creative floorings from Rodeo. We were thrilled to have Carmen speak at our event and are excited to feature Rodeo’s full line of carpets and rugs in our store."
