Marble Hill, GA, December 1, 2005--Wools of New Zealand, along with 31 of its Brand partners, will be looking good as they take to the floor for Surfaces 2006. Once again, the group will fill the largest area of dedicated space within the Sands Expo Center. It’s an area certain to attract the attention of buyers as partners showoff wool’s lasting good looks with innovative carpets and rugs in the latest colors, weaves and designs. The company has redesigned its booth (#6418) for this year’s show and is dressing its floor in Branded wool carpet, accented with silver metallic, by Rodeo Carpet Mills. New introductions from many of Wools of New Zealand’s partners will be on display in their annual Fashion Dynamics competition. It’s one-stop-shopping for retailers, who can see the industry’s trendiest looks while voting on their favorite new Wools of New Zealand Brand carpets. Attending retailers will be asked to vote for Best Woven, Best Tufted and Best Color Line in order to receive a toy sheep to add to their Wools of New Zealand sheep collection. First place and runner-up winners will be announced on the final day of the show. Visitors to Wools of New Zealand’s booth can also see the latest technological advancements developed by Canesis scientists. Canesis, the parent company of Wools of New Zealand, continually develops new fibers and technologies to increase the efficiency and profitability of its manufacturing partners. New for retailer partners is an updated “From Farm to Floor” training CD, which will be offered at Wools of New Zealand’s booth, along with the company’s Wool Clean Kits and Wool Clean Magic products. Brochures and point-of-sale materials will also be available.
