Wood Gets Attention of Domotex Asia Visitors
Shanghai, China, May 22, 2012 -- Domotex asia/Chinafloor expanded from nine halls to 11 this year, adding 20,000 square meters of space, according to show organizers.
The three-day show in March included 1,112 exhibitors and 39,856 visitors.
International country pavilions from Belgium, Pakistan, United States, Germany, Iran, Netherlands, India and Turkey, increased their total area by 87% compared to last year.
The highest numbers of foreign visitors came from South Korea, United States, Japan, Australia, Malaysia, and India.
The wood section received the greatest attention from both visitors and media, organizers said, as the area had many new products and information about research and development.
The resilient and carpet exhibiting areas experienced the biggest increase in attention.
