William M. Bird Names Stroop Director Sales/West R
Charleston, SC, March 29, 2006--Tommy Stroop has been promoted to director of sales/west region with William M. Bird and Company, Inc.
His responsibilities include managing a team of sales representatives that handle sales initiatives, promotions and customer relations throughout the west region.
Stroop was previously an outside sales representative with WMB covering a territory near Nashville, Tennessee. Before joining the company in 2001, he was co-owner and manager of a floor-covering business in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Stroop graduated from University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He received his CPA designation in 1993.
