Wienbeck Named CEO at Scandian Industries

Virginia Beach, VA, December 7, 2007—Scandian Industries, the parent company of Scandian Wood Floors, has named Christiaan Wienbeck president and CEO of Scandian Industries.

Acting President and CEO Paulo Scandian will direct the newly created board of directors that will include Fabio Scandian and Jayme Scandian.

Wienbeck holds a doctorate in microbiology from Heidelberg University and an MBA from Harvard University. He will spearhead an initiative to streamline the operations of all divisions in the company.

“Mr. Wienbeck has significant expertise in managing family owned businesses that market products in a global basis”, said Fabio Scandian.

“He has successfully managed companies such as Mitsubishi Latin America and BASF.”
