WFCA to Present Danny Crutchfield with 2025 Luminary Award

Dalton, GA, January 12, 2026–- The World Floor Covering Association (WFCA) has named Danny Crutchfield, recently retired Shaw Industries executive and former vice president of the Shaw Flooring Network (SFN), as the recipient of the 2025 Luminary Award.

Crutchfield will be recognized at a special ceremony at The International Surface Event (TISE) in Las Vegas, January 28 at 3:30 PM at the WFCA booth (2507).

During Crutchfield’s nearly 40-year career with Shaw Industries, he championed retailer success through education, operational development, and programs designed to strengthen the independent retail channel.

Crutchfield began his career in residential sales as a territory manager in Tampa, Florida. Later, he was hired by Bob Shaw to establish a more formalized residential sales training program for college recruits at the company’s headquarters in Dalton, Georgia.
