Website Says iFloor Has New Owner

Tukwila, WA, April 3, 2009--Internet flooring retailer iFloor has a new owner, according to its website.

The new owner is reportedly Yelong Fang, a Chinese manufacturer with 18 of his 27 factories devoted to hardwood and bamboo flooring. He also has significant forest holdings in China.

Fang was also apparently iFloor’s largest creditor as board member of An Hui Longhua Group, which is owed nearly $500,000.

The company filed for bankruptcy last December.
