Wear-Dated Launches Floorscapes Incentive Plan
Kennesaw, GA, November 28, 2007--Wear-Dated carpet fiber has strong incentives planned for the Mohawk Floorscapes annual convention taking place November 29th through December 2nd, 2007, at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge in Phoenix, AZ. The theme is “Beyond Imagination” and Wear-Dated new introductions, convention-only promotions and dealer giveaways will certainly encourage dealers to “go beyond.”
New product introductions with Wear-Dated carpet fiber include:
Varnell Station, a high value, thick-n-thin cable in 35 colors
Artful Allure, a 47oz. Wear-Dated Natural Nylon™ soft texture in 35 colors
Color Flair, a 66 oz. Wear-Dated Natural Nylon soft texture in 50 colors
Hip Style, a mosaic scroll loop Wear-Dated Natural Nylon in 16 colors
Radiant Style, an organic scroll pattern Wear-Dated Natural Nylon in 16 colors
“Our new Floorscapes introductions represent strong, fashionable selling styles that consumers will naturally gravitate toward,” says David Goldschmidt, director, sales for Wear-Dated carpet fiber. “We are particularly excited about adding to our Wear-Dated Natural Nylon collection as these styles beautifully capture the natural look and feel of wool using our proprietary insert technology, while offering consumers the performance of nylon.”
Artful Allure and Color Flair samples will be automatically shipped to Floorscapes dealers.
The Wear-Dated business has also put together convention-only rebates: a $100 per roll rebate on select Mohawk carpet styles made with Wear-Dated carpet fiber, and a $50 per sample set rebate for Floorscapes sample sets.
Floorscapes dealers are invited to participate in the “Wear-Dated Dealer Giveaway” of a big screen TV or Caribbean cruise. For each roll purchased, dealers receive five entries; for each sample set, they receive one entry.
In addition to showcasing the award-winning “By The Foot” marketing campaign, Wear-Dated personnel will also be available to discuss the recent enhancements of the Wear-Dated Rewards For Life salesperson incentive program. Retail salespeople enrolled in both the Wear-Dated Rewards For Life and the Mohawk Rewards Plus programs can now combine points at redemption and manage the joint points online.
