Warren Tyler, Industry Retailer & Education, Has Died

Hayes, VA, April 20, 2020-Warren Tyler, 79, retailer and industry educator, died on April 7. 

Tyler started his career as an owner of an floorcovering installation and cleaning business and then opened a retail store. He grew his business to six locations, which he sold in 1985. He then became an educator to the industry, retiring in late 2015. 

He spent seven years on the board of the Retail Floorcovering Institute. 

He was also a writer, penning Five Guideposts to Success, Real Customer Service, The Art of Selling Retail, Unleashing Your Selling Potential! The Amazing Power of Leadership and Warren Tyler on Retail as well as a collaboration Yes! No! Maybe So!.
