Välinge Signs Vôhringer & other Chinese Companies

Viken, Sweden, June 01, 2007--The well-known Chinese laminate producer Vöhringer has signed a world-wide license agreement with Välinge for its sales of laminate flooring products.

A principal agreement was reached at Domotex this year and a full license agreement was signed a few weeks later.

"I’m very happy that we have signed a license with Välinge”, Mr. Jürgen Vöhringer comments. "It is very good for Vöhringer to have this partnership, not only to get a legal licensed product, but also to continue to be in the front line with innovative products developed together with Välinge."

Beside Vöhringer, Välinge welcomes the following Chinese laminate and wood producers as its new licensees.

Laminate flooring :

Changzhou Dehao Decoration Materials Co Ltd.

Jiangsu Lodgi Woods Industry Co Ltd

Wood flooring :

Hong Kong Orisun International Co Ltd (CFloor).

All these companies signed world-wide license agreements allowing them to use the Välinge technology.
