Välinge Signs Three Chinese Firms

Viken, Sweden, Aug. 21, 2009--Välinge has entered into global non-exclusive wood license agreements for mechanical locking systems with the Chinese companies Jiashan HuiJiaLe Decoration Material Co., Ltd., Hangzhou ZhengTian Industrial Co.Ltd., and Vicwood Industry (Suzhou) Co., Ltd.

These companies will now use the 2G mechanical locking technology in their production of wooden floors.

Jiashan HuiJiaLe Decoration Material, more known under the trade brand name Golden Palm, is a manufacturer of engineered multilayer parquet flooring located in Jiashan city, Zhejiang province, near Shanghai.

Hangzhou ZhengTian Industrial is located in the province of Anji, where a new production facility has been built during 2009. Hangzhou ZhengTian, also known as ZT-Bamboo, is a bamboo producer with focus on strand woven bamboo products.

Vicwood Industryis located in the Vicwood city in Suzhou. Vicwood city has been solely invested by Hong Kong based Vicwood Group.
