Välinge Signs Chinese Producer of Nature Brand

Viken, Sweden, July 16, 2008--Välinge has signed a non-exclusive worldwide license agreement with the Chinese producer of the well-known Nature brand.

Nature is one of the largest and most well known brand names of China’s flooring industry. The production of floors with Välinge’s locking system will take place in the factories Yingyi (Kunshan) Wood Industry Co. Ltd located in Kunshan city near Shanghai, Yingtai (Hailin) Wood Industry Co. Ltd located in northeast of China, and Yingran (Shunde) Wood Industry Co. Ltd located close to Hong Kong. These factories are all wholly owned subsidiaries of China Flooring Holding Co.

The factories specialize in manufacturing solid, 3-layer and multilayer engineered flooring under the Nature Brand. Välinge’s locking system will be used on both 3-layer and multilayer engineered products selling to North and South America, Europe and other area of the world.
