Välinge Expands Acoustic Testing Capabilities

Viken, Sweden, April 7, 2026-- Välinge Innovation recently expanded its research and development capabilities with new advanced acoustic testing equipment. 

This strengthens the company’s ability to support partners in evaluating and optimizing the sound performance of flooring products incorporating Välinge technologies such as Liteback and the acoustic coating technology, licensed through Välinge in partnership with Kneho-Lacke.

Välinge’s acoustic lab enables measurement of impact sound insulation in accordance with established industry standards, along with a range of additional acoustic evaluations.
