Välinge Enters Agreement with Baroque Timber

Viken, Sweden, May 17, 2011--Välinge and Baroque Timber (Zhongshan) Co., Ltd. have entered into a global non-exclusive license agreement for Välinge's mechanical locking system for LVT flooring.

Baroque Timber of Guangdong Province, China will use the glue free 2G mechanical locking system on its new LVT flooring.

Baroque Timber is already a licensee of Välinge on wood flooring products. The company goes to market under the flooring brands Elegant Living, Baroque, Rococo and Da Vinci Luxury Vinyl Tiles.
