Välinge, Berry Terminate Two Licenses

Viken, Sweden, May 4, 2009--Välinge and Berry said they have terminated the license agreements with the U.S. company Vazilia Inc. and the French company Sériparquet (also known as Les parquets du Rouergue) due to non-compliance with the contractual provisions of the license.

Valinge said these companies can no longer claim to be a licensee, nor can they continue to use the by Välinge patented technology and sell products utilizing the technology to their customers.
