Välinge, Beaulieu, Balterio Settle Patent Dispute

Racine, WI, March 8, 2010--Välinge, Beaulieu International Group and Balterio said they have settled pending patent infringement litigation in the U.S.

The agreement terminates litigiation regarding potential infringement of Välinge patents in the U.S. between Välinge and Beaulieu International Group (Berry/Alloc) vs. Balterio and its customer, Normal D. Lifton Co.

The parties have also reached an agreement covering historical sales of products with respect to Välinge Innovation’s U.S. patents for glueless locking systems.

Balterio also obtained a non–assertion in relation to the patents for its right to supply its products on the U.S. market in the future.
