Mettlach, Germany , October 26--With the sale of a further 18 branches of its Boch Frères wholesale tile company to the French building materials company Point P., a member of the Saint Gobain Group, Villeroy & Boch has completely sold off all of its 33 branches in this tile-wholesaler during the last six months.
Boch Frères achieved a total turnover of EUR 77 million in 2003, a third of which being derived from the Villeroy & Boch brand, and employed 326 persons.
Villeroy & Boch and the Saint Gobain Group have formulated a strategic partnership which should clearly enhance the business relations of both globally-operative companies.
