Chesapeake, VA, April 10, 2006--Commercial cleaning franchisor Vanguard Cleaning Systems announcing the opening of the Chesapeake, Virginia office. Edward L. Sanford will be the regional director for this new office.
In addition, Velvet A. Sanford will be the director of business operations. Vanguard Cleaning Systems of Hampton Roads will offer the traditional cleaning services that Vanguard provides in its other operating regions, including office cleaning, carpet cleaning, stripping and waxing of floors, and pre-cleaning.
