Valinge Partners with Teragren & Anji Xinyuan

Viken, Sweden, October 29, 2007--Välinge Innovation AB has a new strategic partnership with Teragren Fine Bamboo Flooring, Panels and Veneer and Anji Xinyuan Bamboo Products Co. Ltd.

Välinge will license its patented 2G and 5G Glue-Free Floor Locking Strip Technology to Teragren’s Chinese manufacturing partner, Anji Xinyuan Bamboo Products. The license will be used to create Teragren’s Studio Wide Plank Floating Floor and several new Teragren flooring products that are currently in development.

Teragren’s Studio Flooring was previously manufactured in a Malaysian facility because Anji Xinyuan did not have a license to use the patented mechanical-locking technology.

In addition to being manufactured at Anji Xinyuan beginning November 1, Teragren’s Studio Flooring will feature the company’s latest innovation—an engineered, patent-pending 100% bamboo cross-ply plank. With the new Studio Flooring construction, all Teragren products will consist of 100% bamboo fiber.
