Universal Fibers Puts Its Green Story on YouTube
Bristol, VA, July 24, 2008--Universal Fibers is using YouTube to promote its green story.
The company has just released a video explaining its EarthSmart Technology. The four-minute broadcast has also been posted on the ever-popular YouTube website. The video features interviews with company leaders and employees.
"These days it is all about video," said Universal Fibers vice president of marketing Bill Goodman.
"YouTube is making it very easy and cost effective to get your message out there. This is a new way to reach our targets. It not only tells the story, it gives viewers a behind-the-scenes look at our operation."
The video includes clips from Universal Fibers President and CEO Bentley Park. He talks about the technology that led to post consumer nylon 6,6 fiber from recycled carpeting.
"This was something to celebrate," Park said. "It was a breakthrough, not only for our company, but for our industry."
