Unilin Signs Multisol Infringement Settlement

Dallas, TX, May 18, 2010--Flooring Industries, the intellectual property company of the Unilin Group, said it has signed a settlement agreement with Multisol, a flooring importer and distributor based in Quebec, Canada.

Unilin said the settlement provides financial compensation for Multisol’s past imports and sales of alleged infringing flooring manufactured by Yekalon and establishes an agreement to not infringe on Unilin patent rights in the future.
