Unilin Signs Five Asian License Agreements

Dallas, TX, July 28, 2009--Unilin Flooring has signed new license agreements with laminate flooring manufacturers Hansol Homedeco (South Korea), Changzhou Lingdian (China), and Jiangsu Lodgi (China) as well as with the Chinese engineered hardwood flooring manufacturers Panyu Kangda Boards and Zhejiang Shiyou, also known as Sunyard.

“Despite the current challenging economic environment, there is a demand for license agreements,” said Bart Van der Stockt, managing director of Flooring Industries.

“Flooring manufacturers want to upgrade their product portfolio to stay competitive in the market place."
