Unilin Extends its Action in Australia

Wielsbeke, Belgium, November 29, 2005 – On November 25, 2005 Unilin filed a new Australian patent action before the New South Wales District Registry of the Federal Court of Australia. This complaint which is filed against the companies and directors of the Australian Huili Group and against the retail group Gremos Holding, is the second action Unilin has filed against the infringement of its Australian patent AU 713 628. On November 18, 2005 a parallel complaint was filed against the company Shun Li De.
