Warwickshire, England, July 6, 2006--Landsdon, one of the UK's largest independent floor covering distributors, is looking forward to completion of its new 100,000 sq ft purpose-built distribution centre.
The company, with an annual turnover of pounds 70 million, is due to complete its move into the new premises on Claybrook Drive, Arrow Valley Business Park, Red-ditch, in October this year.
Lloyd Wing, of Landsdon, said "The new centralised facility will enable us to operate more effectively and efficiently to distribute to the group's four branches, which in turn, deliver next day to flooring contractors and independent carpet retailer's throughout the UK."
Landsdon is relocating from The Tything, in Alces-ter.
Harris Lambs' Worcester and Birmingham offices, are marketing the 36,790 sq ft, high bay (30ft to eaves) building.
